NC Diabetes & Heart Disease: Integrated Bilingual Campaign
North Carolina Department of Health & Human Services needed an ad campaign in both English and Spanish that promoted healthy behaviors and increased participation in diabetes and heart disease prevention programs.
The campaign focused on creating consumer demand for the CDC-recognized Diabetes Prevention Program through increased awareness of risk factors associated with diabetes and heart disease, specifically highlighting behavior changes and the benefits of these lifestyle change programs.
